Sheryl focuses on the tenant or buyer and is knowledgeable in the Kansas City market and surrounding markets, understanding market trends, current terms Landlords are accepting, who are the Landlords to avoid, and how to get the most out of your lease or contract. I'm also an investor and developer myself as well as working in the commercial construction industry.
