Sheryl Vickers

Sheryl began her career in Commercial Real Estate as a retail specialist at Cohen Esrey in 1996. She later joined the RED Brokerage team in early 2003 and then opened her own brokerage company, Select Sites, in July 2005. Sheryl focuses on retail and restaurant tenant representation, site selection, retail property and investment acquisition, and small build-to-suit developments. Sheryl brings with her over 15 years of sales experience and expertise in retail marketing and advertising, as well as retail real estate.

Sheryl has received her designation as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) this year. CCIM's are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. They also have access to unparalleled level of valuable online tools, including the Site-To-Do Business, a resource for mapping, demographic and other analytical data. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate level curriculum including financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis Ð the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate, along with the attainment of a level of qualifying experience.

Sheryl holds sales person and broker real estate licenses in three states.
